"Mindy" was born and raised in Central Indiana. She attended IUPUI and Purdue University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She continued her education by pursuing multiple industry designations including HIA - Health Insurance Associate, and RHU - Registered Health Underwriter.
Mindy has worked in the Insurance industry for over 25 years. Her career began in the Home Office environment, with over 14 years of experience as a claims payer, auditor and Claims Manager. She formed EBS in 1997, as an independent brokerage specializing in Employee Benefits. Mindy is known by her clients and her industry counterparts alike for being "scrappy & creative" and a "fierce advocate for her clients!"
As an independent business owner herself, Mindy understands the needs of her clients to "Get it done, and get it done right!"

"Ann" is a long time employee of EBS, whose primary function is managing client accounts, including all aspects of customer service. She's worked for over 15 years in the industry, including 10 years of experience at a local medical facility. She brings to EBS a vast understanding and knowledge of the business and excels in using that experience to support our clients. Ann has a reputation among those she serves for "getting the job done, no matter what!"
Ann is married and resides in rural Clinton County.
Melissa S. Whiteman

Melissa's primary job is managing client accounts and assisting in various customer service related areas. She's worked in the medical environment for 18 years, with over 17 years spent at a local physician's office where she gained a vast knowledge of medical/insurance related issues. Her experience, coupled with her "can do!" attitude is sure to make her invaluable to our clients.
Melissa is married with two children and resides in rural Carroll County.

"Dan" has been involved in the Insurance Industry for over 27 years with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Governmental, Sports/Leisure and Life/Health Insurance Companies. He has served his clients as a Claims Adjuster, Claims Supervisor, Claims Manager, Assistant Vice President of Claims, and as an Agent.
His experience covers the spectrum of Property and Casualty Claims, Sports/Leisure Claims as well as Life and Health Claims. He also brings valuable experience in the areas of Workflow Process, Automation and Imaging. Dan possesses a unique combination of skills and has a positive attitude that is contagious.
